Every year hundreds of thousands of Hindus celebrate the Holi festival. The festival celebrates the beginning of spring. Hindus believe it is a time of enjoying spring's abundant colors and saying goodbye to the cold winter season. The Holi festival is celebrated all over the world. Here in The Hague, where Little Smilemakers Studio is situated, but to experience Holi festival in India is pure magic.

Bright colored powder are traditionally made from health improving ingredients. The change of weather is believed to cause fever and cold. Throwing traditionally made natural Ayurvedic colored powders have a medicinal significance.
