A creative business in times of Corona // Support our working troopers with inspirational and motivational face mask fabrics

Times have become a little mad the past few weeks. We sure hope you and your loved ones are safe and sound. We are finishing the second week of working in quarantine and it’s been such a strange two weeks. We’re working with clients all over the world and we’re all in it together. We are all effected by this crazy virus taking over the world and consuming our daily lives.

Two weeks ago I traveled to Spain, which wasn’t the best break to recharge. But I am happy to be back home, working in mandatory quarantine. So we’re getting used to a new routine, working from home. But it’s been a challenge keeping up with the work. As you can imagine, for all businesses we work with, these are very shaky times and most of our clients are worried and want things done asap. But we’re grateful we’re still working. So many of you lost their incomes, jobs, health. So we’re happy to work, be healthy and being stuck at home: this all will eventually pass.

I founded the studio in times of recession. And I am so happy to realize now our income is not coming from one niche. We are still working on some custom designs, we’re sending our exclusive mailing next week for licensees and we keep selling designs on products on which we earn royalties with every sale.

We’re busy with projects trying to help our customers support people in need. And we were also asked to create some motivational prints to show support to those working in Corona cray cray. A bunch of our Spoonflower customers already started on creating face masks for their hospital troopers. And while we’re stuck at home anyway, this seems a great time to dust of that sewing machine. Time to browse some new fabrics right? If you'd love to support us please take a look at our newest prints. Of course, we’d love to do so much more! So if you have any great idea’s please pass them along. We’d love to help in any way we can!

For now we’ll share the new inspirational Corona quotes with you, designs that are available on fabric. You can find all designs in our 'Support & Inspiration in times of Corona' collection. You are welcome to save this gif file and repost on any social media you’d like. Stay home, stay safe & thank you for those running crazy shifts, for those who have jobs that matter.
