> Road by Caroline Rottier

For the new Robosto try out we arranged a preformance in the Fort in Antwerp. We only took a white blanket, some cables, a set of visuals and instruments with us. With those ingredients we created a short preformance as a warm up for the Robosto Groten Prins theater preformances in Leuven. Rob Kanters made a very nice live soundscape. A piece of that is somewhere on youtube. But is was a nice afternoon. The audience was very much moved!

> Making fabric

What an incredible inspiring place that is! Istanbul is a city, home for nearly 20 million people, busy, crowded, chaotic, polluted but amazingly colourful! Wherever you go you can see the hand pinted patterns. On walls, ceilings, pottery or fabric. Just what i needed, a nice piece of inspiration for my new Unfinished Monkey project. Bright colourd flowers were painted on the ceiling of a little tea lounge. In the middle of the very busy Bazar.

Together with product designer Miriam Zink, we will be launching a very fruity, spicy and chicky webshop. We are working hard on our Unfinished Monkeys website but ofcourse try to make some new stuff aswell. Making fabric.

Boards of canada. Seen on my Turkish Airlines flight to Istanbul. I love shooting pictures from aircrafts. Every look into the sun looks different from up here. Every cloudscape is an other soft pattern.

First of all: Happy new year to all of you! I hope this will be another creative decade for all of you. I hope this year will be a lot more positive than the last.
For the next school year we are already making new stationary material that will be in stores next june. Instead of paying for expensive licences we now started a whole new Panda line drawn by my nice little hands. I already finished the entire set but can't show everything just yet. Here is a little sneakpeak for you!
